What We Do

We have 5 simple steps for our sellers where we do all the work:

1. Initial FREE consultation to collect data. You can start by filling out the 
   form at the right.
2. We will contact you within 1 to3 days to schedule an inspection 
   at the property.
3. Sign a 3-page purchase contract. We can fax, email, or mail it to you.
4. In 30 business days or less we settle on your property through our licensed title company. We can send our title agent to you to close.
5. You get your money! We can wire it or give you a check at settlement.
